Pumice to clean

Air-Water rinse acid off preparations

Place medicatment (Tublicid Red or Gluma) to increase bond strength & desensitize
|
Air to remove excess do not dessicate!
|
Brush on adhesive (PQ1) for 20 seconds minimum!
|
Air thin adhesive for a few seconds
|
Light cure adhesive for 20 seconds
|
Place flowable composite (Ultraseal XT Plus or PermaFlo)
|
|
Light cure 40 seconds
|
Shape and polish ulta conservative composites PRN
|
Acid Etch (UltraEtch) with 35% phosphoric acid 10-20 seconds
|
Air-Water rinse acid off restorations
|
Place composite sealer (PermaSeal)
|
Light cure ultra conservative restorations 30-40 seconds
